Experience: 1-3 years UAE experience 

Qualification: Graduation in any B. Tech stream 

Note: Priority for candidates with Spouse Visa

          Preferable Indian National

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development:

• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals based on client RFQs and tender documents
• Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop tailored solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to gather relevant data for costing and timelines

Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

• Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs
• Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to determine competitive pricing
• Optimize proposals to balance profitability with client expectations

Client & Vendor Coordination:

• Communicate with clients to clarify technical and commercial queries
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather accurate quotes and lead times
• Participate in pre-bid and post-bid discussions as required

Documentation & Presentation:

• Draft clear, well-structured proposals with supporting technical documents
• Ensure proposals comply with relevant industry standards and company policies
• Prepare presentations to showcase the company’s capabilities and value proposition

Follow-Up & Support:

• Track proposal statuses and provide updates to the sales team and management
• Support the sales team during client negotiations and contract finalization
