DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE 

1. 3- 5 years of proven experience in marine or offshore electrical drafting.

 2.  Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and other drafting tools.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1.   Drafting background and Preparation of electrical equipment layout drawings, Lighting Layout, cable routing, MCT Penetration details, and Installation details for marine vessels and offshore platforms.

2.Preparation of single line diagrams (SLDs), Schematic diagram by using Auto Cad and Develop panel GA drawings, termination diagrams using AutoCAD or similar software.

3.Coordinate with electrical Designers, engineer and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with classification society rules (ABS, DNV, BV, etc.).

4.   Assist in creating as-built drawings post project completion.

5. Maintain drawing registers and documentation for revision control.

6.Understand and interpret technical specifications, P&IDs, and electrical load lists.

7. Ensure that all drawings are completed within project deadlines and adhere to company and client requirements.

DESIRED SKILLS   

1. Knowledge of Marine & Offshore electrical systems, 

2.   Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, or other marine standards. 

3.   Good communication and coordination skills.

4.   Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and schematics.
